1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

sky235 accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) through a variety of payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and over-the-counter deposits at authorized retail partners such as 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, and M Lhuillier.

All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as determined by sky235 and the respective payment provider. Deposits are processed in real-time or within a commercially reasonable timeframe depending on the payment method selected. sky235 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which sky235 is not responsible.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all deposited funds originate from a legitimate source and that you have the legal right to use the payment method in question. Deposits made using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent payment instruments, or funds obtained through illegal means will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

4.2 Withdrawals

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any applicable PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law, the regulatory provisions shall prevail.

10. Amendments to Terms
